- You will complete the formalities related to the handing over of the car and possible payments on the spot;
- Once you've collected your keys, you'll be just a few steps away from your new, clean and ready to go car. The car is waiting in a nearby car park, right next to the terminal;
- From then on, it will be your time and your journey, made more comfortable by your Kaizen Rent car;
- On your return, return your car to the same car park (Parking Rent a Car, in the area marked with our logo) or, if there are no spaces available, use the car park opposite (Parking C). During summer, in case of full occupancy in both car parks, we have prepared another additional reserve car park, just a 7-minute walk from the airport. The Arche Hotel car park is open 24 hours a day. You can easily leave your keys and parking ticket at the hotel reception. If you choose Rent a Car or Parking C, please leave your keys and parking ticket at the customer service desk, which is located directly in the airport terminal, in the Rent a Car area. After office hours, simply drop your keys and ticket in the dedicated return box. Thank you!

How can I pick up/return the car at the Wroclaw airport?
Car collection - Our representative will be waiting for you at the Kaizen Rent desk in the arrivals area. All formalities, including payment, will be handled on site. Then, you will receive the keys to your prepared car, which will be waiting for you in the car park near the terminal.
Car return - Leave your car in the car park and then head to the main airport building. Hand over your keys and parking ticket to the representative in the office. Drop into a dedicated box during the overnight hours.
If I drop off my car at Wroclaw Airport, do I leave my keys in the drop box?
We only have drop boxes at the airport locations (Okęcie, Balice, Rębiechowo). A Kaizen Rent driver will collect the keys in person in other places with M&G points, such as Wroclaw.
