How can I pick up/return the car at the Wroclaw airport?
Car Pickup: At the agreed time, our representative will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal with your name and Kaizen Rent logo. You will then proceed together to the parked car. You will complete all formalities and payments there before the vehicle is released.
Returning the car: Leave the car in the parking lot and proceed to the main airport building. Our driver will wait for you in the departure hall at the main entrance. The keys and other documents will be returned to you there.
If I drop off my car at Wroclaw Airport, do I leave my keys in the drop box?
We only have drop boxes at the airport locations (Okęcie, Balice, Rębiechowo). A Kaizen Rent driver will collect the keys in person in other places with M&G points, such as Wroclaw.
