I. DEFINITIONS

  1. Administrator - Kaizen Rent S.A. with registered office in Lubin, gen. Jozef Bema 8 street, (59-300), registered by the District Court for Wroclaw-Fabryczna in Wroclaw, IX Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000954956, with  number: 6922509293 and share capital of PLN 1 585 000.00 paid in full. 
  2. Cookies - computer data, small text files saved by websites you visit and stored on the Device through which you use the Administrator's website. Information contained in cookies is encrypted, which makes it impossible to be accessed by unauthorized persons. Information collected in cookies can be read by the Administrator and its contractors.
  3. Device - an electronic device through which you gain access to the Administrator's website.
  4. Website - https://kaizenrent.pl/en together with subpages.

II. STOSOWANIE PLIKÓW COOKIES

  1. The Administrator uses cookies via the website. 
  2. Information collected by cookies is used for the purpose of proper optimization of the website, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes.
  3. Cookies register website User's activity by recognizing the Device, thanks to which the website is displayed in a manner optimized to individual User's preferences. 
  4. The solutions used on the website are safe for the Device of the Users who use the website of the Administrator. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to get into the User's Device.
  5. The Administrator uses the following types of cookies:
    1. Session Cookies: these are files that are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the User leaves the website or finishes shutting down the web browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow to collect any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device
    2. Permanent cookies: are stored on the User Device and remain there until they are deleted. Files of this type remain on the User's Device for the time specified in the parameters of the file or until they are manually deleted by the User. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device
    3. Third Party Cookies: this is information originating from external servers, e.g. advertising, navigation service providers (maps or search engines) or social networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn. These types of files allow to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising actions and to design related actions according to the User's preferences. The entities placing cookies on the Device are the Administrator and:

      2. Google Ireland Ltd. with registered office at: 4 Barrow St, D04 E5W5, Dublin, Ireland (Google Building Gordon House).
  6. Cookies, due to the purpose of their use, are divided into basic and marketing cookies:
    1. Basic cookies - installed after the user gives consent through the settings of the software installed on the device. Basic cookies include:
      1. Technical cookies - files necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website, including: ensuring the correct display of the website depending on the device used by the user or the settings of this device; adjusting the content on the website that is technically relevant to the operation of the website (e.g. the language of the website); remembering whether the user has consented to the display of certain content;
      2. Analytical cookies - files which are necessary to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities undertaken by us without identifying personal data of the users and in order to improve the functioning of our website, including for the purpose of: research of statistics concerning traffic on the website and verification of the source of traffic (so-called redirection directions); detection of abuse in website traffic (e.g. artificial Internet traffic - bots); measuring the effectiveness of actions carried out for the Administrator e.g. in the Google advertising network, on external websites;
    2. Marketing cookies - files installed only if the user agrees to them. By means of these files we profile advertisements displayed on the Administrator's website, as well as on external websites, according to the data held by the Administrator, including the behaviour of users on the Administrator's website. The validity of the files is maintained for a period of 2 years from the moment of their installation. By accessing the Administrator's website, you may not consent to the use of cookies for marketing purposes, which will result in us not being able to customize our advertisements based on the information we collect about your behavior on our website. However, you may still see generic advertisements. We use tools provided by Google to publish ads online. If you consent to online ad profiling or wish to withdraw your previous consent you can do so here.
  7. You can delete cookies from your browser at any time and prevent their reinstatement. 
  8. In addition to cookies, other similar technologies are used to track and analyze User behavior on the Site, including pixel tags and URL trackers.

III. WAYS OF DEFINING THE CONDITIONS OF STORING OR ACCESSING COOKIES

  1. The User has the ability to restrict or disable access of Cookies to his Device. If you use this option, you will be able to use the Administrator's website, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.
  2. You can change your cookie settings at any time by specifying the conditions for storing and accessing cookies by the User Device. 
  3. Changing the settings referred to above, you can make using the settings of your web browser or by using the configuration of the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform on their placement on your Device each time.   4. You can delete Cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser you use. 
  5. Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Administrator's website.

YouTube a video platform that provides the ability to embed videos on third party sites. The video is physically on YouTube's servers, so the website where the video is embedded must connect to an external server. In order to monitor where the video is embedded, measure interactions (e.g., up to what point Users play the video; how many times a given User has played the video), cookies are used.
