You no longer need to search for the nearest branch, worry about public transport, or ask friends and family for a lift. Now, we’ll come directly to you! Your mobility, comfort, and safety are our top priorities—so we make renting a car even simpler. Just call us or chat with us online, and we’ll check the availability of a car and driver. Then… we’ll be on our way to you!

See where you can have your rental car delivered right to your address

We want to stay close to you while keeping our service smooth and efficient. That’s why we offer car delivery and collection within 70 km of our main branches (excluding Meet & Greet locations).

  • Delivery range: We deliver up to 70 km from our main branches (this option does not apply to Meet & Greet locations).
  • How to book: Reserve quickly by phone (24/7 helpline), at a branch, or via our website chat. This helps us confirm availability of drivers and vehicles in your area right away.
  • How it works: Our team will immediately check for available drivers and cars in your location. Once confirmed, we’ll book your delivery to the address you provide.
  • Payment: After booking, you’ll receive a secure payment link via TPay. Choose your preferred payment method—BLIK, online transfer, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPo. Please pay within 2 hours; after this time, your reservation will be cancelled and we won’t be able to send a driver your way. If you have any issues with payment, contact us—we’re here to help!
  • Change of plans? You can cancel your booking anytime. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before pickup are free, and we’ll refund your payment within a few days.

Is your location more than 70 km from our branch? For added convenience, you can pick up your car at one of our many Meet & Greet points. Find the full list of branches and Meet & Greet locations on our website in the CONTACT section.

At Kaizen Rent, transparency is our priority—no hidden fees, just clear terms. Here’s how the door-to-door delivery service charges work:

  • Initial fee (delivery): PLN 49.99 for preparing and delivering the car to your specified location.
  • Initial fee (return): PLN 49.99 for collecting the car from the address you indicate.
  • Distance fee: A charge per 1 km, based on your location (we’ll calculate and share the exact amount when you book).

Prefer to return your car at one of our branches? You’re welcome to do so! If you pick up in, for example, Kozia Wólka (with delivery to your address) and return the car to our main branch (such as Warsaw), you’ll only pay the initial and distance fees for the delivery. Returning your car at any Kaizen Rent branch is always free.

How our rental process works – because convenience and punctuality matter most

Procedures for car delivery and collection at your chosen address are just as seamless as in our branches. Your time matters - our driver brings the car directly to you. Please be ready and waiting at the agreed location, and we’ll handle the rest. We kindly ask that you respect our team’s time for a smooth experience.
 

Car Collection

  1. Track your car: Once our driver leaves the branch, you'll receive an SMS with a link to track their route and estimated arrival time. Ready to sync your watches?
  2. Documents: Please have the following ready when we meet:
  3. A valid driving licence (mObywatel accepted)
  4. Identity document (ID card or passport – mObywatel accepted)
  5. A credit or debit card for the security deposit.
  6. Check-in: Together with our representative, you'll inspect the vehicle’s condition, cleanliness, and fuel level.
  7. Sign-off: All paperwork is completed electronically on a tablet.
  8. Confirmation: You’ll receive the full set of documents straight to your email as soon as you collect the car.
     

Car Return

  1. Track your driver: We’ll send you an SMS with a link to follow your driver’s route as they head to collect your car.
  2. Inspection: Our driver will check the car’s condition—damage, fuel level, and cleanliness—following our standard procedure.
  3. Confirmation: You’ll get a confirmation of the return by email, and your deposit will be released right away.

Frequently Asked Questions – Car Delivery to Your chosen address

Booking, Payment & Documents

  • How much time do I have to pay for my reservation? You have 2 hours to pay after your booking is created by our Customer Service team. If payment isn’t received within this time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • How can I pay for my booking or rental? We’ll send you a secure TPay payment link. You can pay with BLIK, a bank transfer, or your card—quick and safe, just as you’d expect.
  • Can I use a debit card to pay or cover the deposit? Yes, we accept both credit and debit cards for the deposit, provided the card meets our standard terms and conditions.
  • Can I verify my identity using mObywatel? Absolutely! We accept your ID and driving licence shown via the mObywatel app.
  • My driver is running late—what should I do? First, check if you’ve received an SMS with a tracking link and updated arrival time. Traffic or other road events could be causing a delay. Still waiting or have questions? Contact our Customer Service team by chat or phone—our advisors are here for you 24/7, every day of the year.

Additional Services

  • Can I add extra services when I collect the car? Yes! At pick-up, you can choose options like prepaid fuel (so you don’t have to refuel before returning) or our Comfort and Comfort+ protection packages.
  • What if I need extra equipment (like a child seat)? Contact our Customer Service team before booking—we’ll prepare any extras you need, such as a child seat, snow chains or navigation device, ready for you when you collect your car.
