- No mileage limit — drive as much as you want.
- A full tank at pick-up — set off straight away.
- Free pick-up and return at branches and selected shopping centres in major cities,
- Clear rules with no hidden fees.
- Free return to a different branch for hires longer than 1 day.
- A cheaper Comfort Plus package when you book via the website.
- And after day 7, the price of the Comfort Plus package drops by as much as half!
This is car hire where the only thing you need to keep under control is the steering wheel.

Before you set off on your spring route — take a look at these few questions
Do I have to provide card details when booking?
No — with Kaizen Rent you can book a car without providing card details. This means you can quickly make a booking online, by phone or at a branch, without entering your card number or payment details. You’ll complete all formalities conveniently at pick-up — in line with the option and package you choose.
Can I cancel my car booking?
Yes. If your plans change, you can cancel your booking free of charge, as long as you do so no later than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Provide your booking number and we’ll sort everything out quickly.
Can I hire a car from Kaizen Rent without a credit card?
If you don’t have a credit card, or you simply don’t want to use one, add the Comfort Plus Package to your booking. This allows you to hire a car without a credit card, removes your liability for minor damage (e.g. parking-related), and reduces the deposit to PLN 1. Please note that this option does not apply to Premium-class cars — a credit card is required there.
Can I request delivery of the car to a chosen address?
Yes. You can collect the car at a branch or order delivery to a Meet & Greet point or to a chosen address. The service is available depending on the location. Check our points and the rules for address delivery here:
